Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who is passionate about providing genuine and safe care to my clients. I work with my clients on their journey of overcoming barriers so that they can live happier and healthier lives. To do this, I collaborate with them on their treatment plan in order to support them with where they are at currently in their life. I incorporate creativity, humor, and play into sessions in order to foster a safe space for my clients.

I have gained experience working with children and families over the past nine years while helping them overcome challenges they face. I have worked with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, foster-care, adoption, attachment, anger, ODD, self-esteem and other family conflicts. My goal is to help my clients identify their strengths and use those strengths to create solutions to the challenges that are affecting themselves and those who are important in their lives.

In my work as a therapist, I believe in an integrative approach to therapy so that I may best serve the needs of my clients and I tailor treatment to a client’s individual needs. My therapeutic approach includes CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Trauma-informed CBT (Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy), client centered psychotherapy, play therapy, strength-based therapies and solution focused interventions.
